Reflection: In PEP 304- technology in PE, i was video taped teaching a lesson to my class. This video demonstrates my use of effective teaching methods to help increase student engagement and learning. I had effective communication with my students when explaining the lesson and answering their questions. This was my first time teaching a lesson and it is important to my development as a teacher because it helps me look back on my lessons and see how i can improve on effective communication skills.
